Art Trades: open Been too long not that anyone wants to do trades with me these days.
Requests: closed The requests I get are so often of characters that no longer resemble animals... you can take 'originality' too far, when you put all your overly accessorized, multi-colored, sparkly eyed mongrels in the one picture they all look alike...

I wonder how many of my watchers simply click the little x button the second my name pops up in the message center...

So time to update my journal NaNoWriMo is long over and thank goodness for that, as much as I enjoyed it the second I finished I collapsed into a big heap, haven't written much since, a few thousand words here and there... maybe I'll finish my novel some day and then rewrite it once or twice... novels are a lot of work, not that I think I'm good enough to be published not yet anyway and even then would people be interested in the storyline...

Well Christmas is over and thats a relief....I just wish my mother would take all the decoration down I'm sick of walking into them. This is my least favorite time of year... there's so much chocolate and it's very tempting to take a piece every now and then because the table is covered in it, it's been a struggle but I've managed to avoid any weight gain... now I just need to work on loosing more... Heck I can't believe I used to be so fat when I look at myself now it's hard to believe I'm 20kgs lighter then last year...

Anyway drawing and writing aren't interesting to me at the moment, I'm not enjoying it, every time I pick up a pencil I realize I really don't want to draw... forcing myself to isn't making things any better. I guess nothing is inspiring me at present. Maybe I'll upload some photos later, I'm keen to test my new camera... it's nice to take photos with something that doesn't take 7 seconds just to take a blurry photo.

So things seem pretty bleak for the past few years I've been finding excuses to drag myself out of bed every morning, get through the day and go back to bed and drag myself up again in the morning, it's all so repetitive and boring. I do the same thing everyday, I rarely leave the yard except for walking the dog in the afternoons... the only part of the day when its cool enough to walk... if I went out during the day I'd be get sunburn within 15 minuets and my inner ear balance always gets worse during the heat. My doctor still can't seem to find a reason for that.

Considering taking a break from the computer and actually living again, I miss the days when I used to enjoy being awake. Walking the dog for hours on end, heck even he sometimes looked pooped after a 6 hour walk... but he's a little old for that now I think, my little buddy is getting a bit white around the muzzle.

Anyway if you read all that you deserve a medal, I don't expect anyone to read the whole thing, feels like I'm talking to a brick wall most of the time but it gets my thoughts out of my head at least.
