Tried a fur technique I'd tried once before, it failed hard. So used it as an overlay to get a slight bit of texture.
Well I was pissed off and there's no character I've created who is angrier then Hitoare. I've had so many mixed emotions and I couldn't help but feel that that must be what Hitoare feels in his messed up head... he's not evil he's just.... ambitious.
Anyway, Ninjuu is here again demonsrating size difference between subspecies in the story... Ninjuu is an Ice Wolf and is fully grown here Hitoare is a large Forest Wolf easily rivaling a Plains Wolf in size... and he looks a little smaller because his head is bent aand he's standing an off way because he's grabbing Ninjuu. Shigure (slightly behind the rest) is a Plains Wolf he is quite young here, several years younger then Ninjuu and Hitoare... and just figuring out that the outside world isn't all sunshine and rainbows.
And as explanation Ninjuu was accompanying Shigure through the Forest which is of course Forest Wolf territory, he's convinced her he has family there (a lie of course) and Hitoare being a good little wolf is defending his packs territory. He hates both Shigure and Ninjuu, Shigure because he lives with humans and Ninjuu because she is half human.
Characters art ect are my own as always.... even made my own leaf brush.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
